Ann Dillard is a licensed marriage and family therapist, speaker, educational trainer and consultant, and a global change agent. She served as a school based mental health therapist prior to establishing her private practice. In her practice, Ann uses her exceptional ability to connect with teens as a tool to provide strategies and life skills that transform their minds and lives.
During her teenage years, Ann was plagued with sexual and physical abuse that contributed to issues with low self-esteem, abandonment, suicidal ideations and compulsive overeating. As an immigrant to the United States, Ann uses a unique combination of her life stories and experiences that chronical her journey of learning and unlearning culture. Her strength as a ‘connector’ inspires and motivates her audiences across very diverse milieus.
As a co-author in the anthology “Unchain My Legacy”, and as the owner of KIP Consulting Services and host of the weekly Facebook LIVE show TEEN Talk LIVE, Ann addresses real issues that teens are faced with in today’s society.
Ann is also the founder of the non-profit organization Project Safety Nets, whose mission is to create sustainable living in developing communities through education, health, and economic development.
Ann and her husband, Joseph, have been married for twenty-nine years and have four successful adult children and three beautiful grandchildren. To learn more about her work, contact her at:
