Paula S. Langford

Paula S. Langford, D.Min, is a native Baltimorean. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland. In 2000 and 2002 respectively, she became the first African-American Roman Catholic female to earn her master’s and doctoral degrees from Howard University School of Divinity. She is a corporator at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Northwest Baltimore and works in the Northwest Baltimore community to improve community well-being.  

For the past 30 years, Dr. Langford has worked as a clinical social worker for the District of Columbia and Baltimore City as a certified, African-centered social work practitioner. Dr. Langford is an advocate for justice and believes that no one is free until we are all free.
