Monica is a best-selling author, certified master coach, podcast host, international speaker, and the founder and chief executive officer of DECIDE TO MOVE, LLC.  She has a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Master of Social Work; however, none of her degrees and certifications compare to her biggest achievement of giving birth to her daughter as a teenager.  Monica integrates her passion for helping others heal from within with her love for business, resulting in her helping entrepreneurs make pivotal shifts in their life personally and professionally.  Her passion comes from learning how to heal from the trauma of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, abandonment, and homelessness.

Monica has been coaching business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals while also consulting corporations for almost 20 years. Also, for over 10 years, as a military veteran, she has been assisting other military veterans transition from active duty.
