Denise R. Poole, M.A., LPC, is a therapist, author, international speaker, workshop presenter, and chief executive officer and founder of Heart 2 Heart Services, Inc. 

A wife, mother, and grandmother of five, Mrs. Poole has endured and victoriously overcome personal challenges during her own formative years. These challenges have served as a catalyst for her to render counseling services to other broken women. She has served as a strong advocate to assist women in being empowered to face life’s obstacles. A passion for offering support and locating resources for women served as the catalyst for organizing Heart 2 Heart Services. 

Mrs. Poole holds a master’s degree in professional counseling, a master’s degree in human services: marriage and family counseling, and is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She has received certifications in various trainings for services to victims of domestic violence, trauma, crisis, and working with victims of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation.
